Enter Your User ID: On the following page, you will be prompted to enter your User ID. This step ensures that you are the rightful account holder.
Two-Factor Authentication: You will then be prompted you to verify your identity through Two-Factor Authentication. This additional layer of protection safeguards your account against unauthorized access.

By following this simple procedure, you not only regain access to your account but also actively participate in enhancing its security. Additionally, it significantly reduces the need for password reset calls, saving you time and effort.

An Important Update: Mandatory 2FA Implementation
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now mandatory for all users, including students. This extra layer of protection acts as your shield against unauthorized access, ensuring the utmost security for your FSCJ account. Prior to this date, there was a grace period from when a student created their account and when they were required to enroll in two-factor authentication. This was causing more students to require assistance resetting their passwords, so we have improved the process and the security for all users in this change.
