Regularly reviewing your Microsoft and OneLogin sign-in activity can help you identify unauthorized access and protect FSCJ systems and information. The following instructions explain how to review recent account activity, recognize potential warning signs, and take immediate action if you notice a sign-in, password change, multifactor authentication update, or other activity you do not recognize.
View the New IT Department Website
As you may have heard, IT is transitioning to a new Help Desk site and ticketing system. This change originated alongside our contract ending with ServiceNow and improved experience of using Jira Service Management as the ticketing system provider. As we move away from ServiceNow altogether, the department also decided to revamp the IT Department website found at it.fscj.edu.
