Security Enhancement: OneLogin Protect Number Matching
To enhance the security of FSCJ accounts, we are making a small but important change to how our OneLogin Protect app users approve login requests. Currently, when logging in, you receive a push notification that you simply tap to approve. With this update, you may now see a two-digit number on your login screen and will need to enter that same number in the OneLogin Protect app before approving the request. This extra step enhances security by ensuring that only legitimate login attempts are verified and reducing the chances of accidental approvals.
This change, called Number Matching, is being introduced to add an extra layer of protection and will begin rolling out to OneLogin Protect users on March 25, 2025.
For more details about Number Matching and troubleshooting guidance, please refer to this knowledge base article: How to Set Up and Use OneLogin Protect App. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to the Technical Service Desk via help.fscj.edu.
Thank you for your attention to this update. We appreciate your cooperation in enhancing the security of our authentication process.
