About This Project

This project is designed to provide a secure, user-friendly option for the submission of Ombudsman concerns electronically across the institution.  By leveraging OnBase to digitize and automate this process, the project will provide a confidential and approachable avenue for addressing concerns while reducing delays and manual burdens on the Ombudsman.  Once complete, this solution will be available on our institution’s website for student, faculty, and staff submission of Ombudsman Concern Forms.


Timeline

  • Fall 2024 – Discovery and Design

  • Spring 2025 – Build and configure electronic student concern form and processing workflow

  • Summer 2025 – Build and configure electronic faculty and staff concern form and associated workflow queues

  • August 2025 – Final round of system testing, stakeholder review, and implementation updates

  • September 2025 – Expected Go-Live
