FSCJ Students, Full-Time Faculty, and Staff - Download Microsoft Office for FREE!

Did you know that all students, full-time faculty, and staff have the option to download Microsoft Office 365 on up to five computers for free? That includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and many others. To install Office, follow the directions below or watch below. If you have any issues, please submit a ticket at help.fscj.edu or contact FSCJ’s Technical Service Desk.

Students, Staff, and Full-Time Faculty Download Instructions:

1. Navigate to the following site: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps

2. Sign in using the your FSCJ credentials.

3. In the upper-right corner, select: Install apps

4. Select: Microsoft 365 apps

5. The browser downloads: OfficeSetup.exe

6. Run OfficeSetup.exe.

7. Select Yes if Windows asks whether you want to allow the application to make changes.

8. Microsoft 365 Apps will download and install automatically.

Office Mobile for iOS and Android

You also have access to Office Mobile for iPhones and Office Mobile for Android phones. You can download Office Mobile on an iPad, but you will have to select “iPhone Only” within the app store to download the iPhone version.

The apps themselves are free through the app store but require an active subscription to use. Download the app to your device, and sign in with your student or employee credentials to get started.
