Canvas Course Archival Reminder
the routine archival and deletion process for Canvas courses that have reached their five-year retention limit. To retain course materials before direct instructor access is removed, faculty should export their content via course settings and store files in Microsoft OneDrive or on a local drive. Course exports include core instructional content and tool placements, but exclude student submissions, enrollments, and external tool data.
