New Technical Service Desk Website Goes Live!
The Technical Service Desk is excited to announce that a new Help Desk website and ticketing system will be live on March 1! When you visit help.fscj.edu after that date, you can expect a new, more intuitive experience that gets you the information you need with fewer clicks. These changes are based on feedback that our current site has a lot of information and may be confusing to first-time users, especially when trying to decide if they should Submit A Request or Submit A Ticket.
Our new site does away with the endless links and confusing terms and instead, you just click on the Tile for the team you want to connect with, fill out a form, and click Send and it will get right over to that team so you can get the help you need.
If you previously accessed help by first going to it.fscj.edu, please read this post that shares how the new IT Departmental site is also getting a makeover with an intention of improving your experience.
To help share the information, an announcement and link to the demo video below will be shared during On Point and sent via emails over the next few weeks so that we can ensure employees have a preview of what to expect from the new system.
