About This Project

The Course Auditor Bolt-On project will exist within FSCJ’s ERP system and will ensure students take classes that qualify for their Financial Aid. This product will instantly notify the student during enrollment of courses that will or will not be covered by their Financial Aid. 

Timeline

  • August 2023 – Kick Off Meeting  

  • August 2023 – Technical Implementation of Bolt-On project in non-Production instance 

  • September 2023 Technical Implementation of Bolt-On project in production 

  • September & October 2023 – Functional Training and Configuration 

  • October 2023 – Functional Testing 

  • November 2023 – Sunset of Custom Course Auditor process 

  • November 2023 – Planned Production Launch  

Support

HighPoint Support will be available for FSCJ functional admin and technical team for support requests. Frequent bug fix and upgrade releases will be made available to be coordinated with Oracle’s CS PUM release schedule.
