About This Project

This project will: 

  • Prompt user to log in with FSCJ credentials. 

  • Displays student’s current account balance due. 

  • Accept any of the 3 forms of payment. 

  • Post Back Payment information to be applied to Student’s Account in PeopleSoft.  

  • Nightly batch files will be available for bank reconciliation. 


Timeline

January 2023 – Kick-off meeting and introductions. 

  • April 2023 – Data Drops and Power for Kiosk Stations. 

  • April 2023 – Hardware Installation.  

  • May 2023 – SQL Database created. 

  • June 2023 – FSCJ APIs created and ready for testing. 

  • August 2023 – Meridian POST Requestions to be finalized.  

  • August 2023 – SSO Configuration 

  • September 2023 – Single Payment Testing planned (ongoing). 

  • Go-Live expectation October 2023. 


Support

Implementation of Student Self-Service Payment Kiosks on all campuses and centers. These kiosks will be utilized by students as a self-service bill processing station. Accepting check, credit card, and cash payments.
