About This Project
All historic and current employment and payroll data will be shared with Equifax to be used for employment and payroll verifications as needed for FSCJ employees. This will eliminate the need for FSCJ’s HR and Payroll departments to be contacted for employee verifications as needed by several outside entities.
Several historic data extracts have been shared to cover all “forever” data within FSCJ’s ERP. Monthly data extracts of current employment and payrolls will be shared with Equifax.
Employee self-service links will be made available within myFCJ for employees’ access to Equifax and what data was shared.
Timeline
May 2022 – Employment Verification Kick-off and Requirement Definition
August 2022 – Employment Verification Client Testing.
October 2022 – Employment Verification Integration Completed.
October 2022 – Payroll Verification Requirement Definition.
December 2022 – Initial Current Payroll Extracts provided for Testing.
January – March 2023 – Continued staggered Current Payroll Testing.
March 2023 – Year-To-Date Extraction Initiated.
July 2023 – Historic/YTD data completed.
July 2023 – Off Cycle Payroll Extraction Initiated.
August – September 2023 – Off Cycle Testing In-Progress.
Fall 2023 – Expected Go-Live.

All Income and Employment Verification can be done directly via Equifax website, both external companies and employees.
